It is a low calorie exotic fruit that provides a good amount of dietary fiber, and also contains a high amount of Vit. C

9. Jack fruit (Kothal)

Fruit is accommodated with full of seeds and both fruit and seed can be consumed. The tree else provides shades too.

It has a good medicinal view as it gives protection against cancer.

It has several benefits like aiding in weight loss, anti-cancerous properties, rich in anti-oxidants and a powerhouse of energy.

It is packed with health benefits, but they come from the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients in the fruit, including vitamin C, vitamin B6, niacin, riboflavin, folate, copper, potassium, phosphorous, magnesium, and manganese

13. Bokul (Spanish Cherry, Medlar)

Its timber is valuable, the fruit is edible, and it is used in traditional medicine. As the trees give thick shade and flowers emit fragrance.

14. Hibiscus (China Rose)

Various parts of the plant are also used to make jams, spices, soups, and sauces. The flowers are used to make medicine.

15. Sonaru (Amaltus)

It produces pendulous racemes long flowers with five yellow equal sized petals. Fruit of this tree is a legume with pungent smell serving several seeds inside. Wood of this tree is very stable and durable.

16. Krishnachura (Gulmohar)

It’s primarily a decorative tree; the seeds are sometimes strung together as ornamental beads

17. Radhachura (Peacock Flower)

It is quite a decorative tree and have ornamental beads.

18. Sewali or Harshingar

It is a beautiful plant with small white flowers with a very strong fragrance. The flower has anti-inflammatory properties.

The bark and leaves have astringent and purgative properties. It is also used to add ornamental value

The leaves of the curry tree are used as an important herb in the medical science of Ayurveda. They are believed to have anti diabetic properties and are remarkable for patients suffering from the sugar disease.

It is an important medicinal plant used for keeping germs away.

22. Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

It is a good medicinal plant used for various medicinal prospects.

23. Purtanjiva (Lucky Bean Tree)

It is a medicinal plant used for treating female infertility

24. Shilikha (Myrobalan)

Fruit pulp is very effective in eye nourishment, hair growth and preventing hoarseness of voice. It also has mild sedative action and is also used in insomnia.

25. Mehndi

It is useful in burning sensation, premature graying of hair. Leaves are bitter, astringent, anti-inflammatory, constipating, and liver tonic. It is useful in wounds, ulcers, burning sensations, inflammations.
